Why  I Built This

I’ve spent 15 years knee-deep in security awareness - Disney, Sony Pictures, Habitu8, and hundreds of client programs later, one pattern never changed:
• Practitioners were flying blind on maturity.
• Frameworks like NIST told us what, but not how to measure progress.
• Vendor scorecards looked pretty, yet leadership kept asking the same question: “Are we actually getting better?”

So I spent nights and weekends melding my experience as a practitioner with frameworks like NIST/NIS2’s tech-manual language into four plain-English pillars. After three years of iterations, pilot runs, and a few late-night crying sessions, the SEAT assessment was born.

Use it to see where you stand today - and know exactly where to level up next.
